Harvest/Winemaking: In the second half of September, with grapes picked by hand and transported in 20 kg boxes. Vinification in typical wine presses. Total destemming, gentle and prolonged skin maceration, with fermentation at 28ºC.

Aroma: Accentuated with red fruits such as raspberry and currant.

Flavor: Fruity, great volume in the mouth, well structured, persistent, highlighting the nobility of the tannins resulting from aging in barrels.
