Harvest/Winemaking: Obtaining red grapes using an Integrated Production system (environmentally friendly production), followed by selected harvesting, grape destemming, skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, cold decantation, fermentation at 14°C – 15°C, batonage, filtration, tartaric stabilization, bottling, 2-month aging, labeling, storage and marketing.
Aroma: Slightly fruity with red fruits.
Flavor: Fresh and delicate with a good sugar/acidity ratio.
