Harvest/Vinification: After fermentation in stainless steel vats, it is fortified with grape brandy and aged in oak for two years, resulting in a wine with intense fruity aromas and excellent storage potential.
Aroma: Deep black in color, its nose reveals dense notes of complex fruit, offering a generous bouquet with aromas of blackberry and cassis enveloped in a fragrant aura of violets, complexed by resinous notes and a subtle black coffee.
Flavor: On the palate it presents intense tannins that give it a solid structure, providing a long and elegant finish.
