Harvest/Vinification: 100% whole bunch; Direct press and cold decantation.

Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Aged for 12 months on fine lees, 80% in stainless steel and 20% in used French oak barrels.

Aroma: Citrus yellow color, fresh aroma with citrus and mineral notes.

Flavor: In the mouth it is silky and saline with a fantastic acidity, making it a very gastronomic wine.
